By accessing our website, you confirm that you are in agreement and aligned with the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Estribos Argentina. Should you not agree, you should stop using our services immediately.

By placing an order with Estribos Argentina (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), you are entering into a contract in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. Please note these terms may be subject to change, as set out below. Therefore every time you submit an order please check and ensure you understand the terms which apply at that time.

Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Terms & Conditions, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

-Cookie: small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information.

-Company: when this terms mention ‘Company’ it refers to ESTRIBOMAS LTD, trading as Estribos Argentina, registered company no. 11899302, VAT no. 436898929.

-Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Estribos Argentina and use the services.

-Service: refers to the service provided by Estribos Argentina as described below and on this platform.

-Third-party service: refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content.

-Website: Estribos Argentina’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.estribos.co

-You: a person or entity that is interacting with Estribos Argentina to use the Services.

Contract Terms

-Your contract made through www.estirbos.co is with ESTRIBOMAS LTD, trading as Estribos Argentina, and you agree that all goods ordered are for private and domestic use and not for resale.

-Once you have placed an order online you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order request. Please be aware this does not mean your order has been accepted. This order is considered an offer to purchase our products.

-Payment will be processed at the time of placing the order online from your selected payment method. You confirm that the credit or debit card is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment.

-Online orders are subject to acceptance. We will confirm acceptance of your offer by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation, only then will the contract be confirmed.

-No contract is in place between you and Estribos Argentina until you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

-Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

-All orders are subject to delivery charges where applicable. The cost of this will vary by product, destination and service chosen.  Please refer to our FAQ page for full delivery costs/timeframes and take the time to check your order before proceeding.

Payment

Our secure payment system allows payment via various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, and online payment portals such as Apple and Google Pay. We currently accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard and AMEX card.

Payments are processed automatically after your offer to purchase via our online payment portals.  Therefore, your payment details are never saved on our website or operating systems.

Orders can be placed on this website in Pound Sterling (£), Euros () and US Dollars ($). Please note exchange rates are pre-programmed and may not reflect the exact exchange rate at the time of ordering.

For customers ordering in an alternative currency to the primary currency available with your card provider, we are not liable for exchange rate differences, or any additional surcharges imposed by your bank.

All orders are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. For a VAT receipt please get in touch at [email protected].

Delivery

-For full delivery costs and timeframes please refer to our FAQ’s.

-In the event that we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe suggested online we will contact you with information on the delay and a proposed new delivery date, unless a refund is preferred.

-Orders will be dispatched to the address given at the time of order (unless amended as per terms listed below).

-Estribos Argentina ships all website orders from within the United Kingdom.

-International orders may be subject to DAP. Where applicable, the buyer is responsible for duties and taxes payable upon entry into your destination country. Estribos will provide all necessary export documentation required for shipping and clearance along with buyer contact information.

Change or Cancel an Order

-If you would like to change or cancel your order this should be done within a 30-minute cooling off window. This can be done in writing to [email protected] or via any of the contact methods available on our ‘Say Hola’ page.

-Any changes or cancellations outside of this window cannot be guaranteed as the fulfilment process beings.

-Notification of successful changes will be confirmed via email.

Returns & Exchanges

– We have no time limit on our exchange policy, and we do not require a receipt as proof of purchase, just as long as the item is in unused condition.

-To cancel your contract simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

-All UK returns and exchanges should be returned to Estribos Argentina at 25 Poveys Close, Burgess Hill, RH15 9TB unless specified otherwise in writing.

-Please note that the responsibility for the returned item remains with you until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend sending the parcel via a recorded delivery service that insures the value of the goods.

– Unless items are faulty or not as described, we will process a full refund for the cost of the product but excluding the P&P paid. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed. If free shipping was applied to your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

-For orders returned outside of the 14-day returns period, we can offer an exchange, or a credit note for the value of the order.

-International returns and exchanges are required to contact us first to arrange the necessary delivery and customs details. If this step is not followed, any import taxes or duties incurred will be passed on to you.

-Unless faulty, exchanges are not available for custom items made to your specific order requirements.

-Belts personalised with initials may incur a processing fee in the event an exchange is required.

Conformity of Goods

Due to the nature of leather and the natural tanning processed used to produce our goods there can be a variation from one batch of materials to the next.  Specifications and descriptions of our products and materials on this website are intended to give a general description and are not binding.

In addition, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the computer system or browser used to view this site.

Statutory legal rights

As a consumer you have statutory legal rights and we are under legal duty to supply you with products that do not affect, exclude or limit these rights.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

-License, sell, lease, distribute, transmit, host, copy, broadcast, publish, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the website (and its content) or make the platform available to any third party.

-Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the website or its content.

-Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Estribos Argentina or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the website.

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Estribos Argentina, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Estribos Argentina, unless and except as is expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.

Submissions and Privacy

In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies or promotions, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Estribos Argentina without any compensation or credit to you whatsoever. Estribos Argentina and its affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions or posts and may use the ideas contained in such submissions or posts for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services using such ideas.

Promotions

Estribos Argentina may, from time to time, include competitions, promotions, or other activities that require you to submit material or information concerning yourself. Please note that all Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility requirements, such as restrictions as to age and geographic location. You are responsible for reading all Promotions rules to determine whether or not you are eligible to participate. If you enter any Promotion, you agree to abide by and to comply with all Promotions Rules.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.

Warranty

-Estribos Argentina offer a lifetime guarantee on the buckles/metalwork for all belts, dog collars and dog leads.  This includes the buckle itself and its attachments to the item in question.  Please note that our warranty does not cover independent repairs to your item, this will void the warranty.

-In an attempt to reduce waste and promote environmental responsibility, we remain committed to prioritising repairs whenever feasible.

-In line with your statutory rights, if your item is faulty or not as described and you would like a full refund this needs to be returned to us within 30 days.

-Beyond 31 days we reserve the right to repair or replace manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship before offering a refund.

-We retain the authority to decline providing a refund, replacement or repair if no manufacturing fault is determined.

-Where a repair is possible beyond your statutory rights we will of course be happy to offer this service, however postage costs will be payable and a fee for the repair may be applicable.

-Standard Royal Mail postage will be refunded where goods are faulty.
