Our office will remain open right up to Christmas, with our last posting day on Monday, 22nd December. To guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, please place your orders before the dates below.
When purchasing for yourself or your dog, we recommend measuring an existing well-fitting belt, dog collar, or hat to ensure the perfect size on your first try. For belts and collars, please note that the size listed in centimetres refers to the measurement of the hole you use, not the full length of the product.
If you’re buying a gift, we provide a comprehensive size conversion chart in our Sizing Guide to help you choose the right fit. And don’t worry—our exchange policy has no time limit. We’re happy to exchange any non-custom stock, as long as it’s returned in unused condition.

Personalising your belt with initials adds just 5–10 days to delivery timeframe for in-stock belts. Your initials will be placed vertically along the keeper loop. Initials can only be applied to waxed leather, not suede or Carpincho leather.
