Size Guide

We want to make sure that your receive the best-fitting polo belt first time round and hope that the information below will allow you to order the correct size.

The very best way of ordering the right polo belt is to measure an existing belt from start of the leather, not including the buckle, to the most comfortable hole. The size measurement in centimetres (say size 90cm) will give you the approximate measurement to in between holes three and four out of six.

If your purchase is a gift and it is not possible for a measurement to be taken then we would ask that you follow the size guideline charts below.  Please note these are based on hip sizing, therefore higher waisted jodhpurs, jeans or trousers will require you to purchase a size smaller.

Although not available online we do make smaller and longer belts so please get in touch if you require a different size.

Our handmade Argentine polo dog collars come in nine sizes across three widths, the biggest range available worldwide.The newest width being our 1.5cm ‘Super Fino’ collars, designed especially for toy and miniature breeds. The ‘Fino’ collars come in a 2cm width, ideal for all sized Terriers up to medium Spaniels.  Any larger breeds would require the ‘Standard’ 2.5cm width collars.

To ensure the correct size for your dog’s new collar please refer to the approximate measurement guides below.  First measurement is from the end of the collar including the buckle to the first hole, second measurement is to the last hole and third measurement is the entire length of the collar (buckle to end).

Our collars are all hand-crafted and hand-finished so the measurements below are approximate, but act as a good guide.

All of our collars have 4 pre-made holes, however the 1.5cm and 2cm collars have enough space for an extra hole longer and the wider 2.5cm an extra hole each end, allowing a total of 5 and 6 holes respectively.

The following guide should explain our hat sizing system, taking into account different ways of measuring hats – US and UK sizing guides as well as the measurements in centimetres.Our Andres Trilbies can be ordered in centimetre sizing with their international equivalent listed below – please note these are lined with silk and leather, therefore like a new pair of leather shoes will take a few uses to soften.

Our Ha and Fer designs in summer, leather and felt are sized from XS to XXL and come with a comfortable elasticated inner-band. This means they would not be an exact centimetre size, instead offer a centimetre range, which should be snug to start off with.
