The Eduardo polo belt comes in blocks of alternating electric and navy blue threads, with a yellow stripe. Named after St Edward’s School in Oxford we have had three generations of family at Teddies. Handstitched onto our vegetable tanned dark brown stirrup leather, this eye catching combination also resembles the Harper Adams University colours.
All of our standard 3,5cm width belts come with an antique brass-effect square buckle however we have a stunning selection of solid brass and nickel plated buckle upgrades available below.  Going the extra mile this optional addition completes the look making this the perfect treat for you or your loved ones. Simply select your favourite and we will attach before sending out.

Individually handmade in our own workshop in Argentina for over three decades each belt takes 3-6 hours to make. Using a durable waxed thread and finished off to the highest standard, our polo belts are built to last.

Size Guide
SIZING YOUR POLO BELT
We want to ensure you receive the best-fitting polo belt on your first try, and we hope the information below helps you choose the correct size.
The most accurate way to determine the right size is to measure an existing belt from the start of the leather (excluding the buckle) to the most comfortable hole. The size in centimetres (e.g., 90cm) will give you an approximate measurement between holes three and four out of six.
If your purchase is a gift and taking a measurement is not possible, we recommend using the size guideline charts below. Please note that these measurements are based on hip size, so if the recipient wears high-waisted jodhpurs, jeans, or trousers, you may want to select a size smaller.

Although not available online we do make smaller and longer belts so please get in touch if you require a different size.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
- UK Economy Service takes 3-5 working days
- UK Standard Service takes 1-2 working days
- UK Express Service takes 1 working day
- European Tracked & Signed is 7-15 working days
- European Express Delivery take 3-5 working days
- USA Tracked Standard Delivery sent via USPS can take 8-15 working days depending on location, occasionally a bit longer in certain circumstances
- USA Tracked & Signed Express Delivery sent via UPS/DHL/FedEx taking 4-7 working days depending on location
- Rest of the World Standard Delivery can take between 2-4 weeks or more depending on local postal services
- Rest of the World Express Delivery is sent via UPS/DHL/FedEx and can take approximately 5-10 working days, however is easily monitored with tracking information
Orders placed with Standard or Economy services will be dispatched the same day if received before 12pm UK time. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. For Express Delivery, orders will be shipped the same day if placed by 2pm UK time.
Please note that standard dispatch times do not apply to the following:
- International orders may require up to 24 hours of handling time before dispatch
- Special Edition and Custom Design belts can take 2-4 weeks to make, plus shipping time
- Certain dog collar and lead sizes are made to order, with a production time of 2-4 weeks (as indicated in individual product listings), in addition to shipping time
- Belt sizes of 115cm and above may take 2-6 weeks to produce, depending on length and leather availability, plus shipping time
- Personalized initials on any of our in-stock belts may require an additional handling time of 5-10 days. This does not apply to special edition or custom design belts, which have set production timeframes.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. For international orders, you will also receive an update with shipping status and/or tracking information. Please check your junk folder, as tracking details are often sent directly from the courier or shipping agents (Royal Mail, Parcel2Go, Transglobal Express, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and service selected).
For UK orders, tracking information will be provided directly by Royal Mail, either via text or email.
All of our orders are shipped using reliable, insured, and tracked services, ensuring both you and we have added security with proof of delivery.
Care Instructions
At Estribos, all of our products are meticulously handmade using the finest Argentine leathers. Each item is thoroughly inspected in Buenos Aires before being shipped, and again by our dedicated sales team before dispatch.
We use natural, vegetable tanned leathers which are free from harmful substances. Due to the natural vegetable tanning process and the organic nature of our materials, you may notice slight markings or imperfections—these are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

FAQs
Can I create a custom polo design?
Yes, you can! Customise your belt with your choice of leather, width, pattern, thread colours, and metalwork using our interactive Custom Service design tool. You can even add personalised initials to any belt made from our waxed stirrup leathers.
There’s no minimum order for your unique design. For group orders, please contact us directly for discounts. Custom fees are waived for Military/Regiment polo belt designs.
Can you make a polo belt/collar/keying for my Regiment?
We’d be honoured! Over the years, we’ve crafted numerous regimental and military designs, some of which are available to purchase online. We also make donations to various benevolent funds. If you can’t find your regiment, please reach out to us. We’ll gladly create a custom regimental or military polo belt/collar/keyring for you, with no additional custom charge.
Can I personalise a belt with custom initials?
Yes, we now offer personalised initials on any of our waxed leather belts. You can add two or three embossed initials to the belt of your choice in any of our three waxed stirrup leathers (brown, black or tobacco). This is not currently available on Carpincho and suede leather belts.
Please note this may increase delivery timeframe by 5-10 working days on in-stock items and costs ÂŁ8 per belt (free with a Custom Design).
Can I change the buckle on my belt?
We offer a fantastic selection of solid brass and nickel-plated brass buckles in various shapes, all available through our online custom design tool or added to our existing selection of belts. If you have an existing belt or buckle you’d like help with simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
How do I know if I am buying the right size?
When purchasing for yourself or your dog, we recommend measuring an existing well-fitting belt, dog collar, or hat to ensure the perfect size on your first try. For belts and collars, please note that the size listed in centimetres refers to the measurement of the hole you use, not the full length of the product.
If you’re buying a gift, we provide a comprehensive size conversion chart in our Sizing Guide to help you choose the right fit. And don’t worry—our exchange policy has no time limit. We’re happy to exchange any non-custom stock, as long as it’s returned in unused condition.

How do I order a size that is not available online?
At Estribos, we offer 15 belt sizes, 8 dog collar sizes, and 11 hat sizes. However, we can also create custom sizes beyond these options. Whether you need a slightly larger hat or dog collar, or prefer a mid-size belt, we can accommodate your needs. Just get in touch, and we’ll make it happen!
How do I exchange my Estribos goods?
If you wish to exchange an item, we are committed to ensuring our products are worn with pride and want to make the process as easy and reasonable as possible for you. We have no time limit on our exchange policy, and we don’t require a receipt as proof of purchase, as long as the item is in unused condition.
To initiate an exchange, simply return the item to us at the address below, along with a note that includes your full contact details, return delivery address, and the exchange requested. Full exchange information is also included on the flyer packaged with your order.

Prefer not to post? Our returns address is a private residence, but we’d be happy to arrange a time for you to exchange your order in person.
Can the recipient of a gift exchange their Estribos goods?
Yes, if the item is non-custom stock then of course – simply give them our flyer with their gift and they can exchange it themselves in person or by post! They will not need a receipt and there is no time limit on exchanges as long as items remain unused.
