Indiana – Brown Waxed Leather

The newest addition to our leather range is the Indiana Waxed Leather Hat in Brown. Handmade in our workshop in Buenos Aires, this hat is made using the finest Argentine waxed leather giving it a buttery yet rugged finish.

This model features a matching thin leather band on the outside of the hat and a comfortable elasticated band inside, designed to grip the head while providing maximum comfort! Slightly smaller than our Fedora design, the Indiana has a narrower 6cm brim. The crown is also marginally taller creating a deeper fit.
As with all of our leather range, the Indiana also includes a flexible wire built in along the edge of the brim, allowing you to mould your hat and add character – ensuring also that it maintains its shape whatever the weather.

Our leather hats are designed to withstand all kinds of weather, and are water resistant. All that we ask is that if you have worn it out in the rain, please don’t try to speed dry it in an airing cupboard or on the radiator; leave the hat to dry at room temperature on a hook or upside down to preserve its shape and size.

Our waxed leather hats like a wax or a polish every now and then with any clear leather feed or bees wax polish, this will keep the leather water resistant and well conditioned. At home we use saddle soap!
