MHT was set up in memory of Matthew Hobden, an exciting young cricketer with a big future ahead of him, who died suddenly on the 2nd of January 2016.

Matthew loved his polo belts – often being teased by his teammates – and this bold and striking design reflects just a very small part of his originality and character.  First released Christmas 2017 to help tomorrow’s cricketers succeed.

Individually handmade in our own workshop in Argentina for over three decades each belt takes 3-6 hours to make. Using a durable waxed thread and finished off to the highest standard, our polo belts are built to last.
