Carpincho Polo Belt – David Fino

Hand-stitched onto our striking Carpincho oxido leather, to us this firm favourite is a brilliant rugged yet refined representation of campo life.

A fresh look at the traditional colours seen on our flagship Marcus polo belt. With just a stripe of red instead of a whole block, the David has alternating blocks of navy blue, bottle green and beige threads with a fine red stripe between each.

Our stunning coloured Carpincho is exclusive to us and unseen anywhere else in the world. The carpincho leather is backed with a solid piece of vaqueta leather for durability. Working with this fabulous material takes experience and skill, resulting in the most luxurious leather belts on the market. Regularly used for gloves and shoes in Argentina, this noble leather is known for being incredibly hard-wearing and water resistant compared to other suedes.  Appreciated for its individuality, each hide’s markings are naturally unique and become more pronounced over time.

All of our narrower 2.5cm width belts come with an antique brass-effect round buckle, however we have a stunning selection of solid brass and nickel plated buckle upgrades available below. Going the extra mile with this optional addition completes the look, making this the perfect treat for you or your loved ones.  Simply select your favourite and we will attach before sending out.

Individually handmade in our own workshop in Argentina for over three decades, each belt takes 3-6 hours to make. Using a durable waxed cotton thread and finished off to the highest standard, our polo belts are built to last.
